Exposure Profits cannot be withdrawn
I am a real trading client of Make Capital, with trading account 8*****.
On June 24, 2026, I applied to withdraw funds from my account. The account had a cumulative deposited principal of USD 34,970, and the final trading balance was USD 44,831.85. All trades are recorded in daily and monthly statements generated by the platform.
On July 2, Make Capital notified me, claiming that some trades between May 28 and June 24 were abnormal and suspected of violations, and proposed cancelling all USD 9,861.85 in profits, asking me to proactively email my signed acceptance of this handling plan.
I did not accept. I do not accept that any of my trades were in violation, and I repeatedly asked the platform to identify the specific orders, the facts of the violations, and the applicable client agreement clauses.
Since then, the platform has consistently restricted account withdrawals on the grounds of investigation. Initially, it said about 20 business days; on August 27, it again said 20–30 business days were needed. On October 5, it still replied that it was conducting further investigation.
What I find even harder to understand is that the platform initially said there were problems with "some trades," yet the amount it demanded to cancel was exactly equal to the account's total cumulative net profit. There is still no clear explanation as to exactly which orders were in violation and why all profits should be cancelled.
I also asked the platform to confirm which legal company account 887020 actually belongs to, which account opening agreement was signed, and which regulatory authority is responsible; likewise, I received no substantive reply.
On October 13, 2026, I submitted a complaint to the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority CIMA and received official confirmation number 195258. It is currently marked as received and awaiting further review.
I am making this experience public to demand that Make Capital provide specific evidence for the violation allegations and formally handle the USD 44,831.85 in account funds.
The relevant trade statements, platform emails, and regulatory receipt acknowledgements are all on record. Make Capital is welcome to publicly respond to the factual issues in this case.
