The broker currently has a WikiFX Score of 1.46 out of 10, with WikiFX stating that its score has been reduced because of numerous unresolved client complaints.

WikiFX also warns that no forex trading licence was found and classifies the broker as presenting high potential risk. These warnings are particularly relevant when considered alongside the user reports and field survey findings.
Withdrawal Complaints Raise Concerns
According to WikiFXs exposure page, the platform has recorded 10 exposure entries concerning Long Asia. Several users from Malaysia reported that their withdrawals remained pending beyond the processing periods they had expected.
One Malaysian user reported waiting for a withdrawal requested in June without receiving the funds or a satisfactory resolution. Another user claimed that a payment had remained outstanding for more than 20 days and that customer support repeatedly asked for patience without providing a specific explanation.
A further complaint concerned a withdrawal of approximately $306.93 requested in 2023. The user said the funds had not arrived in a TRC20 wallet despite being told that processing would take three working days.
Other reports alleged that withdrawals remained pending for a week or longer and that customer service stopped responding. These accounts raise questions about payment processing and communication. However, the allegations are user submissions published by WikiFX and should not be treated as independently established findings in every case.
Automated Trading and Account Concerns
Long Asia has also received complaints concerning automated trading. One user from India alleged that an automated trading account had executed 1,029 trades and incurred losses across accounts. The complainant questioned the number of simultaneous positions and claimed that the broker had not adequately responded to the issue.

Another user reported depositing $1,000 and being unable to obtain the expected returns. These reports concern different aspects of the trading experience, including account operations, automated trading and access to funds.
The complaints do not independently establish the cause of the reported losses or delays. Nevertheless, their presence warrants attention when assessing the brokers operational risks.
WikiFX Field Surveys Find No Physical Presence
Regulatory concerns are accompanied by negative field survey findings. On September 26, 2025, WikiFX investigators visited the address publicly associated with Long Asia at 1 Kim Seng Promenade, #15-02, Great World City East Tower, Singapore.
According to the survey, investigators found no company signage identifying Long Asia and could not confirm its specific office location. WikiFX concluded that the brokers claimed presence at the address could not be verified.
A separate survey conducted on October 16, 2025, examined the claimed address at Unit 1902 to 1903, 19th Floor, CITIC Tower, 1 Tim Mei Avenue, Admiralty, Hong Kong. Investigators reported that no Long Asia signage was found and that the target office could not be accessed or confirmed. WikiFX classified both surveys as danger findings.
These investigations do not, by themselves, establish fraud. However, the inability to verify the stated business premises adds to the concerns surrounding the brokers transparency.
What Should Investors Consider?
The combination of withdrawal complaints, reported trading account problems and unsuccessful office verification deserves careful attention. WikiFX also lists an active FinCEN MSB registration for one related entity, but this is not a substitute for a valid forex trading licence.
Before considering Long Asia, investors should independently verify the legal entity, regulatory authorization and official payment channels. The available evidence does not prove every allegation, but the low WikiFX Score, regulatory warnings and unresolved user reports provide substantial reasons for caution.
