Top User Allegations Against NAGA
Investigating an Illegitimate Fund Deduction Worth USD 900
A Mexican user claimed that while checking the trading operations, he found that they were two hours earlier. According to the user, the broker made an illegitimate withdrawal of USD 900.20. The trader admitted to requesting a withdrawal of USD 904.46, which was allegedly cancelled by broker officials. The trader shared these allegations in this NAGA review.

An Unfair Wipeout of Profits Worth Over $3,000
A Turkish trader claimed to have deposited $3,000 into the NAGA platform and traded manually with no bots, just held his positions based on his analysis. While trading, the trader reportedly did not find any issues. However, as the user claimed a withdrawal, the issues allegedly began to appear. The user's withdrawal request was reportedly kept pending for a month. Thereafter, the trader's MT5 account was allegedly terminated by the broker, resulting in a seizure of hard-earned profits worth $3,252.30. After approaching NAGA for three and a half weeks, the trader managed to receive back his deposits and an extra $200. However, the broker could not hand him a profit of $3,252.30, which, according to the trader, was viewed as abusive. Have a look at this extensive NAGA review.

Multiple Withdrawal Denial Claims
A Jordan-based trader recounted his worst trading experience upon a NAGA withdrawal request. As the trader looked to withdraw profits from the platform, the broker allegedly denied him for ten days. Customer support was reportedly found to be rude and inefficient in resolving issues. In contrast, when the broker official needed deposits, they were polite at that time, the trader claimed. A similar claim was made by a South African trader. Have a look at these two similar reviews.

Persistent Deposit Pressure and a Deceptive Bonus
A trader from Bahrain recounted numerous incidents where broker officials piled on deposit pressure on him. Upon a deposit, the trader accused the broker of forcing him to open more trades. However, when the broker sought advice, nobody turned up. As the trader's margin level went beyond 900%, he allegedly received deposit calls from the broker. The trader reluctantly agreed to seemingly loss-making trade calls and when it reportedly turned out the same, he failed to receive any call from the broker. This led the trader to share a negative NAGA review.
Shortly after, the customer service manager contacted the user, who described the issues he allegedly encountered there. According to the review, the manager told the trader to apply for a bonus to recover his losses. The trader, after a long thought, removed the negative review. Soon after, the bonus was credited to the account, the user claimed. The trader even made profits afterward. However, broker officials kept pressuring the trader to open more trades. However, the trader claimed to have found those trades risky and chose not to go ahead. Later, the bonus was removed from his account.

Another Review Questioning Trade Logic
A Jordan-based trader accused NAGA officials of forcing him to open losing trades. Questioning the broker's alleged deceptive bonus policy, the trader first confirmed receiving an email, which made him eligible for a withdrawal. However, the trader soon received a contradictory email, finding the user short of meeting the required conditions for a withdrawal. The email further revealed that the broker would deduct his earned profits under the excuse that the trading month had not ended yet. Finding the entire incident inconsistent, the trader shared this complaint against NAGA.

Unprofessional and Poorly Managed Portfolio Transfer Process
A German trader accused the broker of being unprofessional while executing a portfolio transfer. The trader found the communication to be slow as it would take days to receive a response. The process, instead of being clear and structured, felt more improvised. The trader was left surprised to know that the portfolio transfer was supposed to be executed via email. According to the user, there was no way one could view, verify or track the transfer request within the portal. The trader found all of this unacceptable while sharing the NAGA review in 2026. Take a look.

NAGA Regulation Status & Trust Score
The complaints may sound deeply concerning. However, there is no doubt over NAGA's legitimacy. The broker has two forex regulatory licenses. While the first one comes from the Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission, the second one is from the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA). The CYSEC and FSA license numbers are 204/13 and SD026, respectively. Due to its regulatory credentials, the broker managed to receive a respectable user trust score of 7.23 out of 10.
