My account with ePlanet Brokers (Account No. 22******) has been blocked for more than a month, and I still cannot access or withdraw my funds.I deposited USD 6,000, and my account balance is USD 9,134. Despite multiple withdrawal requests and repeated attempts to contact support, the company has not processed my withdrawal and has not returned even my original deposit.My emails to customer support are ignored, and I have received no clear explanation about the status of my funds or the reason for blocking my account. My client portal is inaccessible, and every login attempt fails. The company has also blocked my ability to send messages through the online live chat, leaving me without any effective way to contact support.I provided all requested documents, completed verification, and fully cooperated with their requirements. However, my funds remain unavailable, and the company refuses to provide any solution.This experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

I withdraw 7 days before. Still not approved. Still pending. They Ask me deposit receipt. I send it. After their end no response no call no mail reply. Every day I send mail 4 times. Nothing done.

Warning based on my personal experience. They are Scammers be careful. . . I deposited USD 200 successfully, but withdrawing my funds has become a major problem. A USD 30 withdrawal resulted only in an international remittance receipt, but the funds have not reached my bank. A USD 10 Binance withdrawal worked once, but the broker refuses to process further Binance withdrawals. My new withdrawal requests remain pending/rejected, and I cannot even submit a support ticket because the system shows "Failed to Create Ticket." Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this broker until it resolves these withdrawal and customer support issues.

Support tem is not responding, relationship manager is also not responding. Not picking the phone calls and not no response on email also. Totally waste of money to worknwith 20trades. No full optios are also available on meta5 while logging with 20trades account id.

They are scammers. Don't believe them I invested almost 1500$ and grow my account to 12000$. But they refused my withdrawal. They are not responding for my call and messages as well. They are really one of the worst scammer. Dont believe them Don't invest any single $ with them. The same guy spoke with me with the name of david and spoke with some one with the name of aman. Don't believe them.

I traded manually on XAUUSD (gold) using a scale-in approach — small lot sizes, buying dips, trades held for minutes, targeting roughly 400-500 pips per trade. it was my first withdraw and still didnt got a single peny. tried everything chat support email call but not got responnse and the worst thing is their chat system they always say we are finding the issue and then disappear from chat.

I deposited $100 USD into this broker, believing it to be trustworthy, made a profit, and when I requested a withdrawal it was pending for 5 days. Then I received an email rejecting the withdrawal. I contacted support and they only say that the team will remove all profits and I can withdraw my deposit, but 31 days have passed and I still can't withdraw my deposit. I chose the Sea Global platform and deposited money in it and made a profit. When my weekend came, I applied for withdrawal of that profit. I had applied for withdrawal of 1000 dollars. But the Sea Global FX team rejected my withdrawal and my account with Sea Global FX and my trading MT5 account were closed and suspended. All my profits were stopped.
