Dear WikiFX Team, I am filing a formal complaint against MEX Atlantic broker. Account Number: 999433 Amount Stolen: $370.35 Date of Deduction: 19th October The broker illegally deducted my real profit of $370.35 from my account claiming "bonus abuse" without giving me any proof, trade details, or warning. I traded with my own hard-earned money. Now the worst part is they are not replying to me. They have blocked my emails and support messages. My emails are failing/bouncing back. I have attached 3 proofs for your verification: 1. Screenshot 1: My trading account history showing the $370.35 deduction. 2. Screenshot 2: The email/notice received from MEX Atlantic about deduction. 3. Screenshot 3: Proof that my emails are blocked / not being delivered. I request you to please intervene and help me recover my $370.35. This broker should be marked as a scam. I will also file a complaint with the FSA.
