France’s AMF Warns Against 16 Unauthorized Online Investment Entities
Abstract:France’s AMF has warned the public against 16 unauthorized online investment entities, bringing the total number of names added to its 2026 warning list to 38.

Frances financial markets regulator has issued a new warning against 16 unauthorized websites suspected of offering digital asset-related investment services without approval.
The Autorité des Marchés Financiers said the latest additions form part of its ongoing monitoring of online platforms that target French users without the required authorization.
Since the beginning of 2026, the regulator has added 38 names to its warning list covering unauthorized digital asset service providers.
New Websites Added to the Warning List
The latest websites identified by the AMF include:
- aurum.foundation
- aurum-foundation.com
- capstellar.fr
- cryptover.org
- darsvint.fr
- gaveltrdltd.com
- investproai.fr
- ligne-stable.com/trade-gpt4
- lyveroscentrix.com
- mon-vaul.com
- opti-nova.net
- ouinex.com
- pioneersxs.com
- tiercefortange.com
- vision-lonox-hex.net
- webtrader.aptos-ai.net
The regulator said these names have been added to its public blacklist of unauthorized websites. The list is available through the AMFs official website and through Assurance Banque Épargne Infoservice, a public information service covering banking, insurance, and savings-related issues.
Warning List Is Updated Regularly
The AMF noted that its blacklist is updated on a regular basis, but it is not exhaustive. New unauthorized operators may appear quickly, often under different names, domains, or platform structures.
For investors, this means that the absence of a name from a blacklist does not automatically prove that a website is authorized.
The regulator advises users to check whether any entity offering digital asset-related services is properly listed on the official register before engaging with the platform.
Verification Before Using Online Platforms
The latest warning comes amid continued concern over online investment websites that present themselves as accessible trading or wealth-building platforms while lacking the approval required to operate in France.
Some platforms may use French-language pages, simplified registration forms, or investment dashboards to appear more credible to local users.
The AMF recommends checking official sources before using any service. Investors can consult the regulators authorized provider list and compare the company name, website address, and registration details before taking further steps.
