The fact that the client and sales have reached an agreement never means that our risk control agrees. 1. Engaging in arbitrage trading by exploiting quote delays, price deviations, or execution discrepancies; 2. Conducting large-scale high-leverage trades that may intentionally lead to negative account balances, or trading that is speculative and gains unfair advantages by exploiting major market events, news releases, market closures, economic data releases, and other such timing opportunities; 3. Using Expert Advisors (EA) or other abnormally high-frequency trading behaviors, including ultra-short-term trading patterns aimed at exploiting system efficiencies or mechanism flaws; 4. Using trading strategies that do not conform to normal market trading practices, or abusing our company's trading system; 5. Any other conduct deemed by DecodeFX to harm a fair and orderly trading environment.

After getting confirmation from the salesperson that betting on market movements before data releases is not considered a violation, I deposited $110 and used leverage to profit $2,600. After making a profit, the salesperson asked me to withdraw, but the next day the profit was deducted. After being asked for KYC, they stopped replying to my emails. Because I know that many platforms consider betting on market movements before data releases using leverage as a violation, I only deposited and operated after confirming with the salesperson. So I am not a willful violator. After repeated attempts to communicate failed, I chose to file a complaint and report to the police. The process is proceeding normally.
