Withdrawal Not Received

On August 13, 2025, I withdrew $52,000. The platform shows it as completed, but in reality (the platform's converted amount is approximately ¥351,000. Up to now, only ¥65,000 has been transferred). The remaining funds, to this day (January 27, 2026), have been over 4 months and still have not been transferred. I contacted customer service, and they kept responding that they would follow up and asked me to send an email, but sending emails still had no effect. Subsequent emails have not received any reply to date. Please, experts, help me handle this. I will pay a portion of the funds as a thank-you reward.
