I submitted a withdrawal request in September, 2021. I have not received any response from the company nor have I received any funds. The amount of the withdrawal was $500. The following pictures demonstrate that I have an account with the company, that I have the available funds in the account and that I have processed a withdrawal on the date described. l seek a resolution as soon as possible.
