I would like to report a serious trading execution issue with Altum Brokers. During a major news event, I attempted to close my open position to control my risk. However, I was unable to close the position despite repeatedly trying to execute the closing order. As a result, I could not exit the trade in time while the market was moving rapidly against my position. This caused a significant loss and eventually resulted in my account being liquidated. I have a screen recording showing the problem and my attempts to close the position. I request Altum Brokers to investigate this incident and provide an explanation, including the relevant order execution records, server logs, and the reason why my position could not be closed at that time. I believe this issue seriously affected my ability to manage my risk and should be properly investigated. I am submitting this complaint to WikiFX to document the incident and seek assistance in resolving the matter.
