Poly Securities Hong Kong Verified: No Physical Presence Found

Purpose
The Hong Kong, China foreign exchange market is a regional international foreign exchange market that developed in the 1970s. Relying on its geographical advantage of being adjacent to the mainland and its mature financial regulatory system, it is one of the world's important foreign exchange trading hubs, gathering a large number of licensed and various foreign exchange-related operating institutions. The market has high trading activity, and its coverage extends across the entire Asia-Pacific region. In order to help investors or practitioners more comprehensively understand the real operating conditions of foreign exchange dealers in the region, the on-site inspection team traveled to Hong Kong, China for a field visit.
Process
In this issue, the on-site inspection team visited Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Poly Securities, and according to public information, its office address is 5th Floor, Harbor Crystal Centre, 100 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors' interests, according to a well-planned schedule, traveled to Hong Kong, China. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Poly Securities that claims to be located at 5th Floor, Harbor Crystal Centre, 100 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
The on-site inspectors successfully arrived at Harbor Crystal Centre, which is located along Granville Road in the core of Tsim Sha Tsui. The surrounding area has dense commercial buildings, complete supporting shops and business service facilities, and a very strong commercial atmosphere. A complete panoramic view of the building was taken from outside. Throughout the process, no company signage or related promotional information bearing the name Poly Securities was found.
The on-site inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After a brief communication and registration, they smoothly obtained entry permission and were allowed to move around the public areas of the building.
After arriving at the target floor, the 5th floor, the on-site inspectors found that the directional signs and floor directories in the public areas of the entire floor had no information related to Poly Securities at all.
Because they could not find the entrance of the corresponding company and had not made an appointment with the relevant institution in advance, the on-site inspectors were unable to enter any office area belonging to Poly Securities. Throughout the process, they could not photograph the company's reception desk or the LOGO at the reception desk, and there was no layout related to a shared office at this address.
By observing the interiors of each office unit through the glass doors in the public areas of the floor, all the institutions stationed there had clear proprietary signage. No space's decoration style or furnishings matched the business positioning of Poly Securities, and no traces of employee activity belonging to this broker could be seen at all. Throughout the process, they were restricted by security rules and unable to enter any potentially related office area.
After arrival, they confirmed that it was the address, but found no information about the broker. When asked, the security guard said that there was no such company, and it was judged to be false. Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Poly Securities does not exist at the above address.
Conclusion
As planned, on-site inspectors went to Hong Kong, China to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Poly Securities. At the business address publicly disclosed by the broker, they were unable to see information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
