The site visit personnel arrived smoothly at the target building, a luxury office building in downtown Dubai with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong business atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The site visit personnel entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

After arriving at the target floor, the site visit personnel found that the corresponding office was a shared office, with no obvious signage or security measures for AMTO company. Because they had no appointment and could not confirm whether the company was actually present, the site visit personnel were unable to enter the interior and could not photograph the reception desk or its logo.

Through the glass door, the site visit personnel could not observe the internal office environment, and the overall situation could not be determined to match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the broker AMTO does not exist at the above address.
