The on-site inspectors successfully arrived at the International Finance Center building. The location is along Financial Street in Hong Kong's core financial district, surrounded by a continuous cluster of Grade A office buildings and financial institution headquarters. The surrounding environment is clean and upscale, with a very strong commercial atmosphere. Outside the building, no company signage or information related to Dakras was found; only a complete panoramic exterior view of the building was photographed.

The on-site inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After registering their information and communicating, they were granted permission to enter the building.

After arriving at the target floor, the 38th floor, the on-site inspectors found that the directory board in the public area of the entire floor did not list any company name related to Dakras, nor did they find any office area bearing the broker's logo. Because no corresponding company information was found and no appointment had been made in advance, they could not enter any office area marked as Dakras. In this on-site inspection, it was not possible to photograph the reception desk or the reception desk's LOGO, and the premises are not a co-working office.

Through the glass doors of the floor's public area, no independent office space belonging to Dakras could be found, nor were any interior environment bearing the broker's logo, related decorations or furnishings, or corresponding employee activities observed. The overall scene completely did not match the broker's claim of setting up an office at this location.

After arriving, it was confirmed to be the address, but no information about the broker was found. When the security guard was asked, they said there was no such company, and it was determined to be false. Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that broker Dakras does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

At the business address publicly displayed by the broker, they were unable to see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises.
