Outside the building, no company signage or related information associated with FxCape was found.

The on-site inspectors entered the first-floor lobby of the building and stated their purpose to security. After a brief communication and registration, they were granted permission to enter the lobby. Once inside the lobby, it could be seen that the first floor did not have a complete company directory for the floors, nor did it indicate the specific floor corresponding to each company, so the floor information corresponding to FxCape could not be found.

The on-site inspectors could not confirm the specific floor corresponding to the broker, nor could they go to the target floor to verify the relevant location. Throughout the process, no obvious signage related to FxCape's office area was found.
