Conducted an on-site verification of the broker QUAM PLUS FINANCIAL claiming to be located at 5/F and 24/F (Rooms 2401 and 2412), Wing On Centre, 111 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.

The team successfully arrived at the Wing On Centre building. The location is in the core Central-Sheung Wan coastal financial belt of Hong Kong. The surrounding street front is full of Grade A office buildings, financial institution branches, and high-end commercial facilities. The street environment is bustling, and the commercial atmosphere is very strong. Outside the building, a complete panoramic view of the building can be clearly seen. The building's exterior is brand new and neat, with clear and eye-catching signage.

The team entered the lobby on the first floor of the building and stated their purpose to the security guards or staff. After routine visitor registration, they successfully obtained entry permission.

After arriving at the target floors, the 5th floor and the areas of Rooms 2401 and 2412 on the 24th floor, the team found that the office area of QUAM PLUS FINANCIAL has obvious company signage. The floor directory signs inside the building clearly indicate the company's corresponding floor information, and the LOGO is set up in the internal area of the building. Due to internal management requirements, the team was not allowed to enter, so they could not enter the company's interior. This inspection confirmed that the office space is not a shared office, and it was possible to photograph the reception desk and the LOGO at the reception desk.

Through the glass door of the office area, the team could observe that the reception area is neat and tidy, the company is generally in normal operating condition, and the overall environment is consistent with its claimed positioning as a legitimate financial services institution.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker QUAM PLUS FINANCIAL exists at the above address.

Conclusion
