I deposited money into this platform through an offline physical company (probably an agent). They promised a refund if I couldn't withdraw my funds, but after I made a profit, I couldn't withdraw. The company kept delaying. I tried to withdraw in March, but by the end of July, the platform's orders couldn't be cancelled automatically. I kept trying to cancel them, and when I contacted company staff, they said they couldn't find my orders. Even though they said they had contacted the platform's staff, I still couldn't withdraw. The platform's website updated a few times at the end of July, and I contacted customer service. They cancelled my March orders and I resubmitted them. On August 2nd, customer service said they had expedited the process and expected the withdrawal the next day. After that, they stopped responding to my inquiries, and their customer service isn't online 24/7, and their replies are incredibly slow. If you see this platform through an offline company, avoid it.
