A platform with an 8.9 rating actually won’t let me withdraw my funds—I can’t get back over 400,000 in principal. I’ve even offered to forgo the profits and just take back my principal, but they still won’t let me. A withdrawal request for less than 20,000 dollars hasn’t even cleared, and now they’re demanding I pay a 15% margin deposit. Their excuse is downright ridiculous: they claim my account was logged in from a different location. What business is it of your platform where I log into my own account? Does that mean my account is useless if I go on a trip abroad? I put my hard-earned money into this—why won’t you let me withdraw it?
